Die Bewegungen entwickeln sich von vorhersehbar zu unerwartet, bis sie durch einen kaum wahrnehmbaren Übergang zu einer abschließenden Improvisation in vollkommene Freiheit ausbrechen.

Giorgia Bovo
… studierte an der Scuola del Balletto di Toscana in Florenz, IT. Sie ist Tänzerin, Choreografin und Filmemacherin und lebt seit 2019 in Berlin, wo sie in mehreren Produktionen an der Deutschen Oper Berlin aufgetreten ist. Derzeit arbeitet sie mit dem Theaterregisseur Ersan Mondtag, dem Theaterkollektiv Panzerkreuzer Rotkäppchen und der Installationskünstlerin Alida Sun zusammen. Sie war Hauschoreografin bei der Indelible Dance Company in NYC (2013 – 2018) und ist Gründungschoreografin von Practiche di Slancio (Jugendtanzensemble, IT). Sie choreografierte für das NFT Festival Berlin, die Joffrey Ballet School, die Band Pentatonix und das e-Luminate Festival in Cambridge (UK). Ihre Filme wurden auf internationalen Tanzfestivals wie IDACO NYC und Quinzena de Dança de Almada (Portugal) präsentiert.

A solo about the fear and doubt during the time before making a choice that goes against an original plan. The movements evolve from predictable to unexpected, until they reach total freedom through a gradual transition to a final improvisation.

Giorgia Bovo
… studied at Scuola del Balletto di Toscana in Florence, IT. She is a dancer, choreographer and filmmaker based in Berlin since 2019 where she has performed at Deutsche Oper Berlin for several productions. She currently works with theater director Ersan Mondtag, theater collective Panzerkreuzer Rotkäppchen and installation artist Alida Sun. She was resident choreographer at Indelible Dance Company in NYC (2013 – 2018) and is a founding choreographer of Practiche di Slancio (youth dance ensemble, IT). She choreographed for NFT Festival Berlin, The Joffrey Ballet School, Pentatonix and e-Luminate Festival in Cambridge (UK). Her films appeared at international dance festivals like IDACO NYC and Quinzena de Dança de Almada (Portugal).
